We ensure the trainers at the facility are certified and certifications are updated regularly
​in order to keep-up with the requirements for personal training.

Here’s a quick background of our Personal Trainer here at Beard Fitness. 

Chaz Perez was always an active person growing up. He played football and basketball in little league and continued until his senior year in high school. He likes going on hikes, and given the opportunity, he would like to travel all over the world. He served 8 years in the Military and then decided to get out and pursue his dreams and this began his journey in the fitness industry, but in 2015 Chaz hit an all-time low in life and developed deep depression. He became an alcoholic to suppress his depression, which didn’t work. Being in a depressive state he gained ALOT of weight. Almost eighty pounds overweight to be exact. In the midst of his struggles, he decided to focus all his attention on getting healthier, which led him to go to school to become a Personal Trainer. Once he graduated, he took all of his knowledge and became his first client. After successfully losing all his extra weight and becoming the new, happier, healthier version of himself, he decided to pursue his dreams and he dedicated his life to helping others achieve the same goals he achieved himself.

Still going strong 5 years later, Chaz Perez decided to open up his own gym to pursue his dream of helping as many people as he can to live a healthier lifestyle.
